Transfer Student Enrollment
Just moved to the Elk Grove High School attendance area? Need to register your child for school? Here's what you have to do. Start the process as soon as you can. Enrollment from start to finish can take a minimum of five days.
Step 1
Read the Welcome Letter that outlines a list of necessary documents needed for enrollment. Click

Download and complete Township High School District 214 New Student/Transfer Student Form (Verification of Guardianship and/or Residency). Click

If parent(s) and student are living with a relative, then download and complete this form

If students do NOT live with parents, then download and complete this form

Authorization for the Release Information. The name of school must be the name of the school the student is withdrawn from.
Step 4
If transferring from a private school or out-of-state, students must also download and complete this form. Click

After residency is approved. You will be approved to pay fees for the 2012-2013 school year. Click to download and complete the following forms:

After residency is verified and fees are paid, you will schedule an appointment through our guidance department to complete placement tests.

If you are unable to complete fees in full at the time of registration, we do offer deferred payment plans. Click

HERE. Fee waivers require:
- 1040 form
- W-2 forms
- Current pay stub(s) for all family members in household
Step 9
All new students and transfer students must have an updated school physical.

Step 10
If student is going to participate in a sport, an
Athletic Permit Form must be completed.
