all amino acids Lysine works as though it is a building block for
proteins. Lysine helps produce
other important necessities such as various enzymes, hormones, and
disease-fighting antibodies. In
most cases Lysine is an important vitamin for one to recover and in some cases
even prevent from herpes. Lysine
can also be used in ones situation that it is needed to heal shingles lesions
faster.

certain infections. These
infections are herpes type A and B, and Shingle Lesion.
