Instrumental Music Association (EGIMA)

Mission Statement

The objectives of EGIMA are to establish and maintain an enthusiastic community interest in the various functions of the Music Department of Elk Grove High School; to lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the Orchestra and Band Program of Elk Grove High School; to cooperate with those in charge of the Music Department and Elk Grove High School to the end that this department be kept at the highest possible degree of efficiency. EGIMA is a not-for-profit organization.  No part of the net income of this organization shall inure to the benefit of any private member or individual. All parents or guardians of students enrolled in the Elk Grove High School Orchestra and/or Band Program shall be voting members of EGIMA.  Parents or guardians of former students who were enrolled in the Orchestra and/or Band Program of Elk Grove High School may remain as members without voting privileges. There shall be no membership fee to join and no dues payable in connection with membership in EGIMA.
