This learning module will help you Add Additional Information to your Personal Address entry. 1. Click on the Address Book icon in the 214 Access Desktop toolbar or double click on the Address Book icon on the 214 Access Desktop. |

2. The Address Book window will open. 3. Double click on the Address Book entry to be modified. |

4. The New Personal Address window will open. |
|
|

4. Click on the information tab (Contact Info, Phone Numbers, or Notes) to be modified. NOTE: Additional e-mail addresses may also be added in this step. Click on the E-mail tab and replace or add the new e-mail address in the same manner as Adding a New Personal Address. Click here to review the learning module. 5. Enter any Contact Information for the entry. |

6. Enter any Phone Numbers for the entry. |

7. Enter any Notes for the entry. 8. When finished adding information to the entry, close the window. |

9. You will be asked to confirm the changes to the New Personal Address. Click Save to accept your changes, click Cancel to enter more information, or click Don't Save to disregard any changes to the information and close the window. |

8. The New Personal Address entry has now been changed. |
