This tutorial will help you add an electronic signature to an individual email.

1. In an open email, click on the Insert Signature icon in the message window toolbar.

2. Your electronic signature will be entered wherever the cursor is positioned.

3. You may edit the electronic signature by adding to, retyping, or deleting any portion of the text as you would with normal message text.

4. You may continue to enter your message text at anytime (before or after you insert your electronic signature) .
