This tutorial will help you create and name a folder on your 214 Access Desktop. 1. While viewing the 214 Access Desktop, click on the File pulldown menu, select New, and select New Folder |

2. A folder named "New Folder" will appear in the middle of your 214 Access Desktop. |
|
|
|
3. Click, hold, and drag the new folder where you want it on your 214 Access Desktop. |
|
|
|
4. When the new folder is highlighted, click once on the name of the folder to change the name of the folder (initially called "New Folder"). The appearance of the folder and name will change. |
|
|
|
5. Delete the original name of the folder. |
|
|
|
6. Type in the new mane of the folder and press the return key on your keyboard. |
|
|
|
7. The folder has now been renamed and is now available to use to save files to and from. |
