1. To forward a message or part of a message, open the message and click on the Forward icon. |
2. A New Message Window will appear with your name in the From section. The Subject box will contain the subject with a "Fwd:" prefix added of the message you are replying to. And, the To box will be blank. |
3. You may change the subject line for the reply message by clicking on the Subject box, deleting the original text, and entering the New Subject of your message. |
4. Add the name(s) you will be forwarding the message to in the To box.
4. Tab twice or click on the empty portion of the message box and type any additional message where appropriate. |
5. Once your forward message is complete, click on the Send (located to the left of the Send and Close icon) or Send and Close button to have your message delivered to it's recipient(s).
NOTE: If you want to wait to send your message, simply close the message window by clicking on the small gray box in the upper left-hand corner of the message title bar. This will allow you to keep your message in the mailbox and send it at a later time. When you want to send the message, open the unsent message and continue through step 6. |
6. A new forwarded message (marked as "Fwd: Subject") will be in your mailbox. |
