This tutorial will help you Create a New
e-mail. 1. Click on the icon in the upper left-hand corner of the
214 Access Desktop that looks like an envelope with
at star burst next to it to create your New
Message. 2. A New Message Window will appear with your name
in the From section. 3. Click on the Subject box and enter the
Subject of your message. 4. Tab to the To box and type in the Name of
the Person(s) you wish to send the message to. 5. Tab twice or click on the empty portion of the
message box and Type Your Message Here. 6. Once your message is complete and you are ready to
send your message, click on the Send or Send and
Close (located to the right of the Send icon)
button to have your message delivered to it's
recipient(s). NOTE: If you want to wait to send
your message, simply close the message window by
clicking on the small gray box in the upper left-hand
corner of the message title bar. This will allow you
to keep your message in the mailbox and send it at a later
time. When you want to send the message, open the unsent
