This tutorial will help you reply to a conference message. 1. Click on the message you want to reply to. 2. Click on the Reply icon in the conference window toolbar. |

3a. A new message will be created with the conference name in the "To:" box and a "Re:" preceding the original subject. |

3b. It is also possible to reply to a conference message by opening the original message and clicking on the reply icon in the message window toolbar. A new message will be created with the conference name in the "To:" box and a "Re:" preceding the original subject. |

3c. Or, if you only want to reply to the originator of the message in the conference, click on the reply sender icon. A new message will be created with the originator's name in the "To:" box and a "Re:" preceding the original subject. |

4. Type your rely to the conference or the message originator in the text portion of the message window. |

5. When finished with your message, click on the send and close icon in the message window toolbar. NOTE: If you want to wait to send your message, simply close the message window by clicking on the small gray box in the upper left-hand corner of the message title bar. This will allow you to keep your message in the mailbox and send it at a later time. When you want to send the message, open the unsent message and continue with step 5. |

6. Your reply will be posted to the conference or the originator's email depending on who you replied to. Your copy will be placed in your 214 Access mailbox. |
