1. To reply to a message, open the message and click on the Reply Sender icon.

NOTE: Avoid Replying to All when responding to an e-mail originally addressed to more than one person.

2. A New Message Window will appear with your name in the From section. The Subject box will contain the subject with a "Re:" prefix added of the message you are replying to. And, the To box will contain the sender's e-mail address from the original message.

Click here if you need help adding multiple names to the To box.

3. You may change the subject line for the reply message by clicking on the Subject box, deleting the original text, and entering the New Subject of your message.

4. Tab three times or click on the empty portion of the message box and Type Your Reply Message Here.

5. Once your reply message is complete, click on the Send (located to the left of the Send and Close icon) or Send and Close button to have your message delivered to it's recipient(s).

  • Send will send the message but leave the message window open. Close the message window by clicking on the small gray box in the upper left-hand corner of the message title bar.
