This tutorial will help you Unsend a message.

1. Click once on the message to Unsend.

2. Click on the Unsend icon in the Mailbox window toolbar.

NOTE: If a message has been routed outside of the district it may not be unsent and you will receive message from the "post office" stating the email could not be unsent. You may view the email before deleting it or simply delete the message without reading it.

3. If you do not have the Unsend icon on your mailbox window toolbar open the email to be unsent. Click on the Unsend icon in the email window toolbox.

4. After the Unsend message is clicked, the status of the message will change from Message to Unsent Message (the status of the message is located next to the icon in the message header).

5. Changes or corrections may be made to the message.

6. The message may now be resent to the recipient(s) or reposted to a conference. A red flag will reappear next to the recipient 's copy if the recipient has already viewed the message.
