This tutorial will help you view an attachment. 1. Open the e-mail message with the attachment you want to view. |

2. Double click on the attachment. The attachment will be downloaded to a folder in your 214 Access client folder on the hard drive of the computer you are working on. NOTE: The downloaded files will remain on the computer even after you have quit 214 Access and may be viewed by anyone else using the computer. For sensitive files, you may want to delete the files from the computer after you are finished viewing them. |

3. You will be asked to verify the download of your attachment. Click Yes to replace any attachments with the same name in the download folder. |

|
4. The computer will open the correct program required to view the attachment. NOTE: Occasionally an attachment will not be recognized by the computer and it will request that you select the program to view the attachment. |

|
5. To finish viewing the attachment, close the program that was opened by the computer to view the attachment. Then close the e-mail when you are finished. |
