Medication Pick-Up The end of the year is here. Don't forget to pick up your medications, inhalers and epi-pens from the nurse before you leave for the summer or they will be destroyed. The nurse also needs new health care plans and medication forms completed every year, so get those done over the summer.
And last but not least, for those of you who still need the Tdap vaccine for Pertussis or Whooping cough, the nurse needs documentation before you can get your schedule or start school in the fall. Do not wait until August to get it done! (Sczepanski)
