Internet Resources

The Internet is a great source of information, although not all websites provide accurate or current information. The attached list of sites are a handful of good quality sites for post high school planning. Websites are one of many resources in researching post high school options. Please keep in mind many of these links are commercial sites and have an advertising presence. Please remember that the NAVIANCE program should be used as your primary online resource for post high school planning. The following sites are organized into four categories:
College Search This section contains a variety of sites that offer a general college search component. The attached sites should be used as a secondary resource next to NAVIANCE.
Colleges This section contains direct links to all of our Illinois public universities, local community colleges, and a comprehensive site of all colleges and universities nationwide for easy access.
Special Education Student Resources This section contains specific information for students who are currently enrolled in special education or have special needs.
Minority Student Resources The sites can provide valuable information and additional resources for minority students.
