DREAMERS: typically individuals in the U.S. who were brought to the country at an early age without documentation but have assimilated to American culture and have been educated in the U.S school system.
It is approximated that 10% of these students work towards a degree in higher education.
At EGHS we have a number of students who fit this criteria, and we have numerous supports to help make college attainable. Please see your counselor or Mr. Miocic with any questions.
BIG NEWS: Starting in 2020 student no longer need a FAFSA on file in order to be awarded the States' MAP (monetary award program) allowing our undocumented/DACA student access to state funds towards higher education! For more information click here.
