We invite you to pick up your textbooks, IDs and other school materials in the field house next week using the below dates and times. You only need to attend one time. Also, if you did not return your books from last year, we need them returned. There will be a drop off area.

Wednesday, August 26 Distribution Day 1 8:00a.m - 2:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 27 Distribution Day 2 8:00a.m - 2:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 27 Distribution Evening 6:00p.m - 8:00p.m.
Friday, August 28 Distribution Day 3 8:00a.m - 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 29 Distribution Day 4 10:00a.m - 12:00 p.m.


Please follow these guidelines when picking up items:

  • Please enter the rear of the field house through door #17 located on the south side of the building. Use the parking lot near the tennis court and softball fields.
  • Wear a face-covering/mask.
  • Your temperature will be taken before entering the field house.
  • To maintain physical distancing, follow the marked lines that have been drawn when waiting outside to enter the field house. During inclement weather, please wait in your car, we are not able to hold more than 50 people in the field house.
  • Follow the guided pathway when entering and leaving the field house to ensure spatial and physical distancing.
  • Once you have picked up your items, you will check out using your new student ID and please promptly exit the field house (if you don't have a new ID, one can be made for you during school hours).
  • Due to capacity, only one family member per student should come inside to pick up items. Students may pick up their items by themselves.
  • In cases where your family is under quarantine, please know we will work with you on an individual basis. We want you all to be well and healthy. Contact the assistant principal Val.norris@d214.org for more information.
  • All of these safety measures are out of an abundance of caution and for the safety and well-being for all of the members in our Grenadier Community. We will have hand sanitizer available.
